Since the beginnings of the Blach-Stal operation, we have made every effort to provide our customers with the highest-quality products. Our Company has at its disposal an advanced technological park and its own specialist fleet of vehicles adapted to transportation of roof elements. From the beginning, we also focused on the quality of the raw material used for the production of roof elements. Therefore we cooperate with the best world manufacturers, such as Thyssen Krupp Steel and Arcelor, which are renowned for the highest-quality steel products.

Our metal sheets are coated on both sides with zinc coating in the COLI-COATING technology. Additionally, we coat the steel core with rustproof, primer and outer organic layers, the last of which is made of unsaturated hardened polyester resin. The polyester coating is either 25 microns (standard polyester) or 35 microns (matte polyester) thick. Metal sheets coated with this technology are characterised by a high durability to wear and tear, thanks to which they can be bent into various shapes (roof tiles, trapezoids, processed sheets, etc.) without damage to the coating. This technology also ensures high resistance of the coating to the most extreme weather conditions, i.e. snow, frost, or torrential rains. To additionally protect metal sheets, Blach-Stal offers at the Customer’s demand to coat each metal sheet with protective foil. We also offer our roofs in a wide range of interesting colours to ensure strong character to the roof.
